Elk Ridge Park is a lovely park with winding trails and lots of challenging, updated playgrounds for children to enjoy. Dogs are also welcome at this park so the whole family can enjoy a day outside together.

Daniel’s Park is a stunning 1,000-acre park set on a mesa towering over the Colorado wilderness. The park offers canyon views and challenging walking and hiking paths. Visitors can even look for herds of bison roaming through the preserve. Coyote Ridge Park is another expansive park with walking and hiking trails, children’s playgrounds, and amazing views of the Colorado mountains. The park is particularly exceptional at sunset, showcasing beautiful views of the sky turning red, orange, and purple. 

Pronghorn Park is another great option for walking and hiking trails and playgrounds. The park also offers special events including food trucks and live music. Close to Pronghorn Park is the West Fork Disc Golf Course, which offers a creative course with challenging terrain and elevation gains.
