Our connection to Douglas County, Colorado goes far beyond buying and selling homes. Throughout the year, our team hosts a collection of signature community and client events designed to bring people together, support meaningful local causes, celebrate Colorado businesses and creatives, and simply enjoy time with the people who make this community such a special place to call home.
From Castle Pines and Castle Rock to Parker, Lone Tree and communities throughout Douglas County and the Denver metro area, these events have become some of our favorite traditions.
One of our most meaningful annual traditions, Tied With Love brings our community together to make cozy fleece blankets for children receiving care at Children’s Hospital Colorado. It’s an evening centered on connection, kindness and doing something tangible for local children and families.
An evening celebrating local Colorado authors, books and the arts. Guests enjoy canapés and cava while meeting featured authors, attending live book signings and discovering new reads. We also invite guests to bring gently used books to donate in support of Douglas County Libraries and our broader community.
Our signature annual client appreciation event is one we look forward to all year. Steppin’ in September brings clients, friends and neighbors together for an evening of live music, catered food, drinks and great conversation. More than a client event, it’s our way of saying thank you to the people who have supported our team and trusted us with their real estate journeys.
For nearly 12 years, our annual community shred event has offered clients and neighbors a convenient and secure way to dispose of sensitive documents while supporting a worthy cause. The event benefits DAV (Disabled American Veterans), an organization dedicated to helping veterans and their families access the benefits and resources they have earned.
Summer deserves something sweet. Each June, we host our annual ice cream social, a relaxed, family-friendly gathering where clients, neighbors and friends can stop by, cool off and reconnect with our team and one another.
Staying connected to our community also means understanding the people and organizations that serve it. Our team has hosted an informative Meet & Greet with the Douglas County Assessor, giving local homeowners and residents an opportunity to connect, ask questions and better understand property assessments and other issues affecting Douglas County real estate.
For us, real estate has always been about more than properties. It’s about people, relationships and community. Whether we're tying blankets for children, championing local authors, supporting veterans, sharing ice cream on a summer afternoon or celebrating our clients with live music, our events are another way we stay connected to the communities we serve.
